* With the approval of the Fleet Marshal of the Navy and in support of the Imperial Service and Imperial Military missions, the following ships are activated and assignments made:
** 4th Star Force operates in the Delta Quadrant and oversees Star Force operations under the oversight of the Second Navy while OPCON’d and in support of Beta Command.  Under its administrative and operational control are:
