ALL FORCE MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: ISF Directive 22-00: Establishment of Star Force Commands

1. This Directive amends ISFD 22-001: Ship Activation and Assignments, due to changes in the Imperial Service and the Imperial Military.
2. With the approval of the Fleet Marshal of the Navy and in support of the Imperial Service and Imperial Military missions, the following ships are activated and assignments:
   1. Headquarters, First Star Force is located at Imperial Star Base Aksum. The following ships are assigned to that headquarters and control group.
      1. IMS Morpheus (MDN1), Star Force Command Flag Ship
         1. Escort Element 1 - Destroyer class ship to be named
         2. Escort Element 2 - Destroyer class ship to be named
         3. Patrol Element 1 - Frigate class ship to be named
         4. Patrol Element 2 - Frigate class ship to be named
      2. The 1st, 5th, 8th and 9th fleets are assigned to the First Star Force.
   2. Headquarters, 2nd Star Force is located at Imperial Star Base Solacia.  The following ships are assigned to that headquarters and control group.
      1. IMS Ceasar (MDN2), Star Force Command Flag Ship
         1. Escort Element 1 - Destroyer class ship to be named
         2. Escort Element 2 - Destroyer class ship to be named
         3. Patrol Element 1 - Frigate class ship to be named
         4. Patrol Element 2 - Frigate class ship to be named
      2. The 2nd, 6th, and 7th fleets are assigned to the Second Star Force.
   3. Headquarters, 3rd Star Force is located at Imperial Star Base Babylon.  The following ships are assigned to that headquarters and control group.
      1. IMS Augustus (MDN3), Star Force Command Flag Ship
         1. Escort Element 1 - Destroyer class ship to be named
         2. Escort Element 2 - Destroyer class ship to be named
         3. Patrol Element 1 - Frigate class ship to be named
         4. Patrol Element 2 - Frigate class ship to be named
      2. The 3rd, 10th, and 13th fleets are assigned to the Third Star Force.
   4. Headquarters, 4th Star Force is located at Imperial Star Base Gramos.  The following ships are assigned to that headquarters and control group.
      1. IMS Napoleon (MDN4), Star Force Command Flag Ship
         1. Escort Element 1 - Destroyer class ship to be named
         2. Escort Element 2 - Destroyer class ship to be named
         3. Patrol Element 1 - Frigate class ship to be named
         4. Patrol Element 2 - Frigate class ship to be named
      2. The 4th, 11th, and 12th fleets are assigned to the Fourth Space Force
3. Each Star Force Command shall serve as the senior operational and administrative command for Star Force elements in a quadrant and are operational assigned to the corresponding Navy Marshal and Quadrant Chief Marshal.
4. Effective Date is 24 October 2022.
