Noticing a few incomplete rosters today, I propose that if rosters are Illegal or incomplete be voided from this season and given a loss.

1. I have already addressed the rosters with the individual owners
2. The place to discuss issues like that is when I call a meeting to deal with an issue.
3. The Management of the league is the responsibility of the Commissioner, you manage your team. The rules and charter will be sent to you and published in a proper place.
4. If you proceed with any disruptive activity then you will be dismissed from the league, per the bylaws. Which you will get. In your rush to join us, you accepted then sight unseen and you will have to follow them regardless of what they say.
