Request a meeting to discuss owner removal and bylaws

1. I believe we should address the illegal rosters if they persists.  If an owner can not meet the requirements because of inaction or untimely action, we should consider removal.

2. If an owner does not own the land nor has a deal for the land where there team plays then they should be removed.

3. With this, I request we post the bylaws we approved so people know what they are getting into.

I support the meeting for 2 and 3.

However,

We have already stated that if a team owner doesn't do their roster moves it is on them, if it persists after the first four weeks then they are fined; after 8 weeks they are removed.  The Commissioner has the authority to execute that.  No need to meet about
